The Russellville, Arkansas, located ConAgra Foods has recalled around 3,806 pounds of frozen beef and chicken P.F. Chang’s entrees. The products affected by the recall may contain extraneous materials, including metal. The metal may be in the sauce, and the metal pieces are between 2 and 9 millimeters in diameter. The metal is shiny, malleable, and curled.
The products affected by the recall include P.F. Chang’s Home Menu Brand Mongolian Style Beef and P.F. Chang’s Home Menu Brand Signature Spicy Chicken. Both products that were recalled were sold in 22 ounce plastic bags. The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced the recall on Wednesday, July 6th.
